Carli stays close to every client and every project. She guides your material and finish selections and works with you at each step to make sure the design of your backyard meets the Paragon standard.
Jen
Jen’s design work goes all the way back to HGTV’s Property Brothers. On every Paragon project, she’s the one ultimately responsible for making sure your finished backyard is impeccable.
Tate
Tate runs the field. He keeps every crew coordinated and every build on track, holding the day-to-day work to the standard Paragon expects — so what’s promised in the design is what gets built in your backyard.
Steve
Steve runs all operations for Paragon’s Northern Utah division, bringing the same build quality and client experience to the Wasatch Front.
Del
Del runs every project from first sketch to fill day. His family has been building since the late 1800s — Paragon is the latest chapter of that work.
